Returns & Replacements

Please make sure that you provide us with the correct name of the person in charge and shipping address, if the goods cannot be delivered due to wrong name or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsable and no refund will be given. In this case we can authorize the Courrier the return of the merchandise or the abandonment of the goods in the Country of     destination without responsability of refund of our company to the client.
In case of accepted returns by peruincamarket.com , you will receive a refund for the goods, we do not refund taxes and shipping costs. In case of accepted returns by peruincamarket.com, the goods need to be shipped back to us within 3 days after receipt  in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were send.  You should also send us a scan of the form from post office or Courier, within those 3 days, as proof that the goods are underway. Peruincamarket cannot be held responsable for the shipping - or other costs of the accepted returns.
